Instructions to Get Started

1. Fill in all the required fields @Profile Details (Compulsary) and @Business Income-Expenses, @Rental Income-Expenses, @Home Sale and read the @ITIN and @Extension (as deemed necessary).

2. Check the @Forms tab

  • It lists a set of general tax documents.
  • Collect all the documents you have based on the list. Zip them up for upload.
  • Once you have them, kindly upload them (including the ProfileForm_TaxYear_2025_Final.xlsx ) to this secure site:

Once files are added for upload, a confirmation to submit will appear. Once submitted, you should see a pop-up message saying "Exchange Sent" and the screen goes to login page. This is your confirmation. OMMTAX will not be sending a separate confirmation notification.
